Spring has arrived in Vermont, bringing warmer weather and colorful blooms. To celebrate, Von Trapp Flowers is hosting a tulip pop-up event next weekend at Hotel Vermont in Burlington.
The event, called Tulip Superbloom, will feature over 2,000 specialty tulips grown sustainably by Von Trapp Flowers. Guests can pick their own tulips, which is rare since the farm usually does not allow pick-your-own visits.
Participants will enjoy a build-your-own bouquet workshop led by Emily Von Trapp, the farm owner. Each guest can cut a bouquet of 12 tulip stems to take home.
The pop-up also offers complimentary snacks from Hotel Vermont’s Juniper restaurant. Drinks, including wine and cocktails, will be available for purchase.
Tickets cost $35 plus fees and can be bought online. The event promises a fun way to welcome spring with flowers, food, and community in Burlington.
