This year’s Spring Flower Show, titled “Rooted in Mystery,” unveils the fascinating and often overlooked role of plant roots.
While roots are essential for delivering water and nutrients to the rest of the plant, they also carry out many other vital functions, such as enabling plants to communicate through chemical and electrical signals.
Visitors will not only learn about the various types of roots and their unique capabilities but will also enjoy an exquisite display of springtime blooms, including azaleas, pansies, snapdragons, astilbe, baptisia, hydrangeas, and 26 varieties of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths.
