As spring arrives in full bloom, Fulton Stall Market is launching its highly anticipated Spring Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, set to begin on March 27.
This year, the market is not only offering its signature farm-fresh seasonal goods and produce but also introducing a vibrant spring flower share to brighten up homes throughout the season.
The 13-week spring CSA will run until June 19, allowing participants to join at any time with a prorated cost. The program features an impressive array of 18 share options, showcasing the best of local foods and farm products from renowned farmers and producers.
These include vegetables from Rogowski Farm, fresh fruit from Breezy Hill Orchard, eggs and gourmet pasta from Knoll Krest Farm, and heritage chicken from Greenane Farms, all sourced from New York.
A highlight of this year’s CSA is the spring flower share, which promises a weekly dose of color and beauty. The selection includes a rotating array of fresh-picked peonies, ranunculus, anemones, roses, sweet pea, poppies, snapdragons, and more, all carefully curated by Rose Meadow Farm on Long Island.
