Ludington, MI — Kylie Mount, Sales and Business Development Manager at FloraCraft®, has been named as one of the distinguished professionals in the 2023 Future Five class by the Chamber Alliance of Mason County. This prestigious accolade is awarded to individuals aged 21 to 40 who have already made a significant impact on the growth, prosperity, and quality of life in Mason County. These honorees are recognized not only for their current accomplishments but also for their potential to continue positively influencing the area through their professional achievements and community involvement.
Upon receiving this recognition, Kylie Mount expressed her gratitude, saying, “It is incredibly moving to be recognized as a positive changemaker in my community. Kylie Mount joined FloraCraft on a full-time basis in 2022, initially as a Sales and Development Lead. Her dedication and contributions led to her promotion in January 2023 to the role of Sales and Business Development Manager. In her current capacity, she oversees FloraCraft’s craft channel accounts, which include major retailers like Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and JOANN, and actively identifies new business opportunities. Within the organization, she also plays a vital role as a member of the internal FUNN committee, responsible for coordinating various employee engagement activities, such as the annual picnic and Christmas luncheon. Notably, Kylie had previously completed an internship with FloraCraft during the summer of 2019.
Beyond her professional commitments, Kylie Mount generously gives back to her community. She volunteers at her alma mater, Mason County Central High School in Scottville. Drawing from her experiences as a collegiate track and field athlete, Kylie helps inspire and guide the next generation of student-athletes in the high school’s track and basketball programs.

Kylie Mount holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales from Grand Valley State University. She is currently pursuing an executive MBA from Michigan State University, with an expected graduation date in April 2025.
Kylie and her fellow honorees were formally recognized at the Chamber Alliance of Mason County’s Annual Awards Dinner, held on September 13 at the Lake House in Ludington. Her achievement reflects not only her personal dedication but also the commitment of FloraCraft to nurturing talent and contributing positively to the local community.
